All Bookings are subject to a cancellation policy:

All cancelations prior to 24 hours of the service a $25.00 administration fee will be charged.
All cancellations within 24 hours of the service will be charged a $30.00 cancellation fee.
All cancellations within 4 hours of service will be charged 50% of the service.
The cancellation fees may be waived if you reschedule and are subject to management approval.

No shows will be charged the full amount of the service no exeptions.
We ask that you aim to arrive 10 minutes early.
If you are late you will be charged the full amount of the service booked no exceptions.
Services ended early by the therapist for any reason will still be charged full amount of booked service.
